File It Under...

Here's a great service that I plan to use right away: FileMail. It allows you to send very large files, up to 2 GB if you're on the free plan, to anyone else by email. They also allow you to password-protect these files, making them more HIPAA-friendly for those of you who send patient images to other offices. Of course, you can always use a dedicated service like ddsWeblink for this as well.
