While this is designed more for your staff, it's still an important issue. Here's a great guide for choosing a computer chair. I myself used to have all kinds of back problems until I bought my Herman Miller Aeron chair. Not cheap at $750 but worth every penny to me as my back pain has completely subsided.

$750 for the Aeron?
My first thought is that my Midmark doctor's stool cost just as much, and it's not nearly as spiffy looking.
