Fill it Out
As many of you know, I'm a huge fan of Dentforms and their digital patient forms. One of the best features of the software are the online patient forms, where a patient can fill out the forms on their computer at home and have that sent automatically to the practice.While it's a great system, the price tag can be a bit high for some new practices. Enter Submit Patient Forms, which provides a similar service, but for a meager $19/month. A very economical fee for a valuable service.

Hey doc! nice blog - Hey, I just took a class in Boston w/ Larry Emmot who said he felt that none of the current "intake form" software or "write on" tablets are quite up to par. Why do you think Dentforms is worth it?

Dentforms doesn't try to do what the others do. The only thing you'd ever use the tablet for is to enter a patient signature. All the rest of the data is entered either online or at the office, but it's different than the product you're likely thinking of, PT Technologies.
