Integration the Right Way

I wish it were this easy all the time:

At the CDA, I realized that two of the products we love, XDR image software and The Complete Exam PMS program don't have a bridge to each other. Well, not for long. I walked Dr. Doug Yoon, the developer of XDR, over to meet Jay Altman, the founder of The Complete Exam. We all walked back to the XDR booth where Jay installed his program and within 30 minutes, the bridge between XDR and TCE was completed. Now, that's what I call cooperation. With all of the recent issues with product updates causing integration problems and certain companies trying to lock dentists into their product lines, it's refreshing to see two people who truly exemplify the spirit of teamwork that so many dentists want from the technology systems. Kudos to both Jay and Doug.
